a malevolent ruse made possible by questionable (constitutionality) policy. Ogle's core competency lies in
Real Estate investments and Finance. He is author of the soon-to-be-released book, Lynched-at-Law: A Living
Documentary (July - August 2008).
The Co-founder of americareferendum.com Marina Y. Ogle is James' mother. A retired Executive Secretary with a
distinguished record of service. Mrs. Ogle made the sacrificial decision, surrendering a comfortable retirement
